UA does not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the platform, including:

• Brokers (including Tradier, IBKR, and any future supported platforms) to execute automations you authorize

• Infrastructure, analytics, and communication vendors that help us host, secure, and support UA systems

4) Third‑Party Broker Integrations

UA integrates with supported brokerage and trading platforms including, but not limited to, Tradier, Interactive Brokers (IBKR), and any additional platforms we may add in the future. UA does not store your full brokerage login credentials. Any API tokens or connections are encrypted and handled directly by the broker or API provider.

UA cannot place trades without your explicit authorization through your connected brokerage account. You remain responsible for monitoring your accounts and all trading activity.
